About Christina
I’m a certified Yoga Āchārya and Yoga Vaidya (Yoga Therapist), trained in traditional yoga schools in India. I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the most revered yoga masters of our time, and my teaching is rooted in the classical tradition — gentle, mindful, and deeply personal.
My goal as a teacher is simple: to pass on the wisdom I’ve received from my teachers to help you experience true well-being — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
