About Ginger
Before embarking on the flight training journey, I was a flight attendant for a 5-star airline in the Middle East, operating on A319/A320/A321, A330/A340/A350, B777 and B787, flying to major cities in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. I loved my job, the lifestyle, the flying and the traveling. Born and raised in Taiwan, I was told that I am not good enough to be an airline pilot. I didn’t take it as an answer, and took the adventure to seek the opportunity of a pilot career outside of Taiwan. Here I am, and I still keep my dream going. As a pilot, I have flown DA-40NG, Piper Archer / Piper Pilot, and Piper Seminole.

It is A LOT to learn as a pilot. I had a lot of challenges to overcome to get to where I am today. Whenever I failed, I studied more. My instructors taught me what to do and how to do it, but I discovered the WHY behind it mostly on my own. Once my understanding is deepened, my flying has drastically improved. Helping my students to learn the knowledge and become a safer pilot is my mission as a flight instructor. We will go beyond the acronyms and memory aids, learn from FAA official resources, understanding the WHY is what makes us better as a pilot. Lessons can be tailored to the specific areas you would like to improve. For written exams, besides the knowledge required to answer all questions, we will also cover why other choices are not correct. Although ACS is NOT a test prep document, it is what we have to know before taking any practical test. I’ll structure the oral exam prep based on different areas of operations outlined in the ACS according to the certificate you’re seeking, knowledge you need to know, possible questions you’re likely to face. No matter where you are at your flight training, I am more than happy to share with you my experience and how I learn. Look forward to talking to you!

Wonderful instructor, hard working and very professional. Ginger is a very knowledgeable and passionate about aviation and is a pleasure to learn from.
I spent 30 days together without any day off at flight instructor academy with Ginger.
