About Lucas
Hello !
My name is Lucas, I have been boxing for 10 years now and I give classes to help you progress in combat sports (English, French, Thai, kickboxing) or in general (cardio, muscle building).
I have always attached great importance to the quality of what I undertake, and... it's the same for the courses!
Teaching knows me: I have already helped dozens of pupils, students, fathers, grandmothers to improve their skills in boxing and to develop their bodies.
With me, we forget the painful classes where we struggle to stay focused. We learn while having fun, and we love what we learn. After a few years of coaching, I realized that was the only thing that mattered.
No discipline is too hard for you. Usually it's not you who suck, it's the teacher. And that's where I come in ;)
After a few classes, you will see that you will feel better, more energetic, more dynamic, and that you will have assimilated the different elements that will have been worked on.

Boxer for ten years now, I was able to evolve in several disciplines of combat sport (kickboxing, English, French, Thai).
In French boxing in particular, I had the honor of winning several titles of Champion of France and Île-de-France.
In parallel with my sports career, I am now a coach for all levels and all ages.
Your sessions* will always follow the same structure:
(1) warm-ups
(2) update on your technique: improvement of blows, footwork, dodges, work on paos, on bear paws, shadow...
(3) physical development: muscle building, cardio, ...
(4) stretches
*I always recommend 1h30 per session to benefit as much as possible from the 4 components of the training.
However, the content of your session will be adapted to YOUR profile, to what YOU want.
We will therefore, before your first lesson, call us, so that I can analyze what you really want. In this way, each session will be built around your needs: more focus on cardio? on technique? on building muscle?
Whatever your level, your experience, your "pre-dispositions", I will make you progress as quickly as possible! And I assure you that after a few workouts you will feel it in your body and in your mind: more explosiveness, more energy, firmer silhouette, what happiness!
So go for it, and soon boxing will have no more secrets for you!

Supers cours ! On prend du plaisir tout en travaillant, c'est ce que je voulais par dessus tout ! On progresse tout en s'amusant. Je suis content de voir que je suis beaucoup plus technique et explosif que y'a quelques semaines. Let's go :D
