About Dirk
I am a Chemical Engineer that went back and got his MBA and his doctorate in business. I have run a training academy for over ten years and have been associated with a junior college in Texas. I have also worked for an internet based college and have a great success in my students gradating from this facility.

I like to develop a friendship with my students -- to determine what there strengths and weaknesses are. I will then use those strengths to attack the weakness. I use a combination of lecture type of instruction but then also use personal "hands-on" type of instruction. Most important -- learning can be fun and I enjoy having fun!!
