About Annan
My name is Annan, and I am a Level 300 Chemical Engineering student at the University of Cape Coast with a strong academic foundation in mathematics and chemistry.
Beyond academics, I hold several leadership positions which reflect my discipline, responsibility and commitment to excellence. I currently serve as the President of the School of Sustainable Engineering Students Association and the President of the Chemical Engineering Students Association. I am also a member of the UCC Students Parliament council, where I contribute to student leadership and decision-making.
These roles have strengthened my communication, organization and problem-solving skills. These are the qualities I bring into every lesson. I am confident in my ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner, especially to students who may be struggling.
I have experience supporting fellow students and juniors in mathematics and chemistry, helping them improve both their understanding and confidence. I am patient, reliable and always well-prepared to ensure each lesson is effective and engaging.
As a tutor, I maintain a high level of professionalism. I am punctual, respectful and committed to helping every student achieve their academic goals.
My aim is not only to help students pass their exams, but also to build their confidence and develop a solid understanding that will benefit them long-term.

I am Annan, a Level 300 Chemical Engineering student and my approach to tutoring is focused on making learning simple, practical and easy to understand. I believe that every student can improve with the right guidance and clear explanations.
My teaching method is step-by-step and learner focused. I start by identifying the student’s weak areas, then break down complex topics into simple parts. I use real-life examples, practice questions and past exam questions to help students understand and remember concepts better. I also encourage students to ask questions freely so they can build confidence.
A typical lesson lasts between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student’s needs. Each session includes explanation, guided practice and short exercises to test understanding.
As a Chemical Engineering student, I have a strong background in mathematics and chemistry and I use this knowledge to explain topics clearly, especially to students who find them difficult.
My lessons are for:

SHS students
Beginners who need help in mathematics or chemistry
I especially enjoy helping students who are struggling or preparing for exams and my goal is to help them improve their understanding and achieve better results.
