About Leigh
I have a BSc in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry and a PGCE to teach at high school level. I have over 10 years teaching experience, 8 years of which were at a British International school - teaching IGCSE (Chemistry and physics) and AS level Chemistry (Cambridge curriculum). I have 3 years experience teaching to grade 12 (CAPS) curriculum.

My lessons are conducted in English and are interactive in as much as a student has access to the various interactive platforms available today. At a minimum they will have digital summary notes available. Most students require support is taking the theory and applying it to answer questions, I focus on this part of a course - guiding students in approaches to answering questions to ensure they are confident in entering an exam.

Perfect! Leigh has been a great help to my son. She develops a clear plan to address problem areas and explains Chemistry concepts in an easy-to-understand way. She also provides exam-style questions to reinforce learning and ensure each concept is fully understood. I highly recommend her.
Perfect! Leigh is a really good teacher. She easily identified where I was struggling and is very good at explaining difficult concepts to make them easy to understand.
