About Lara
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Sciences and have 5 years of teaching experience. My interest in chemistry developed through a curiosity about how substances interact and transform. Teaching allows me to share that fascination while helping students strengthen their scientific knowledge.
I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable and supported. My teaching approach focuses on clear communication, patience, and personalised guidance. I enjoy helping learners overcome challenges and build confidence through understanding.
Outside the classroom, I stay engaged with chemistry through reading and exploring developments in science and industry. These interests help me keep lessons relevant and informative. Helping students grow academically remains one of the most fulfilling parts of my profession.

My chemistry lessons help students build a clear understanding of how matter behaves and changes. We explore topics including chemical reactions, atomic theory, bonding, acids and bases, and organic chemistry through structured explanations and practical examples. I focus on making complex concepts easier to grasp.
Lessons are customised to fit the learner’s academic level and goals. Beginners work on foundational principles, while advanced students develop stronger analytical and calculation skills. Guided practice and regular feedback help students improve steadily and gain confidence.
I aim to create lessons that are both engaging and supportive. Chemistry becomes easier when students understand the logic behind chemical processes. My goal is to help learners achieve academic success while developing genuine interest in scientific thinking.
