About Arlo
I have 8 years of teaching experience and hold a Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry. My interest in chemistry began through exploring how molecules interact to create the materials and processes we encounter every day. This fascination inspired me to pursue both science and education.
My teaching approach centers on clarity, encouragement, and personalized support. I enjoy helping students transform uncertainty into understanding through structured explanations and consistent guidance. Every learner receives attention tailored to their individual needs.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about pharmaceutical research and modern chemical innovations. These interests help me bring fresh perspectives into my lessons. Helping students discover confidence and success in chemistry continues to be a meaningful part of my career.

My chemistry lessons focus on helping students understand the behavior of substances and the principles that drive chemical change. We explore atomic structure, chemical bonding, reaction mechanisms, equilibrium, acids and bases, and organic chemistry through clear explanations and practical examples. I encourage learners to develop a strong conceptual foundation before tackling advanced topics.
Lessons are planned according to each student's learning pace and academic goals. Beginners focus on mastering essential concepts and scientific terminology, while advanced learners strengthen analytical reasoning and calculation skills. Practice questions and guided problem-solving activities help students build accuracy and confidence.
