About Jo
I am a graduate from both the university of Exeter and the university of Edinburgh. I have worked in education for over 15 years both in the outdoor education and sports and science. I believe that anyone can get good grades as long as they put the effort in, and that learning should not just be monotonous, returning of facts,Instead, should be interesting and make you want to commit it to memory.

I am a highly experienced and dedicated tutor. I have experience in tutoring, one-to-one, both online and in person I will progress at your own pace, but will still push you to do your best. The students that I have taught have gone on to achieve above and beyond their target grades. I use a mixture of method to help you understand, learn, and commit your learning to memory, including songs, cartoons, and silly pneumonic. I try to make learning as fun and dynamic as possible so you don’t even realize that you are learning.
