About Kian
My interest in chemistry began with fascination for scientific experiments, laboratory research, and the molecular structures that explain how matter behaves naturally around us every day. This curiosity encouraged me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry followed by a PhD in Industrial Chemistry. During the past 11 years, I have guided students through chemistry learning using patient teaching and supportive instruction. I enjoy transforming difficult scientific concepts into manageable lessons that learners can understand comfortably and confidently. Watching students improve their confidence in chemistry problem solving continues motivating me as an educator. My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding, consistency, and encouragement instead of pressure-based learning. I believe students improve best when they feel supported and comfortable asking questions openly.
Throughout my teaching experience, I have worked with school students, university learners, and advanced students preparing for examinations and laboratory studies. These experiences helped me understand the importance of adapting lessons according to different learning styles and academic goals. I use visual explanations, practical examples, guided calculations, and structured exercises to help students strengthen scientific understanding steadily. I also encourage learners to think independently and build confidence through regular scientific practice and discussion. Many students appreciate my calm and approachable teaching style because it helps them remain motivated during difficult chemistry topics. My goal is to create a positive learning atmosphere where students feel encouraged to improve continuously.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading scientific journals, exploring developments in industrial materials, and learning about chemistry applications related to sustainability and manufacturing systems. These interests help me bring practical scientific insight into my lessons naturally. I believe science education should strengthen curiosity, confidence, and analytical thinking in learners. Over the years, I have seen many students transform from uncertain beginners into capable chemistry learners. Helping students discover confidence in science remains one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. I aim to support every learner with patience, clarity, and steady encouragement throughout their academic journey.

I teach subjects such as organic chemistry, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, equilibrium, thermodynamics, laboratory methods, acids and bases, reaction balancing, and analytical chemistry using practical examples and simple explanations. Every lesson is carefully planned according to the student’s academic level and personal learning goals so progress remains comfortable and manageable. Beginners improve through patient support with formulas, calculations, and scientific terminology. Intermediate learners strengthen conceptual reasoning, equation analysis, and reaction understanding. Advanced students focus on scientific applications, conceptual depth, and examination preparation. I encourage students to understand chemistry logically instead of depending only on memorization methods. My goal is to make chemistry learning engaging, practical, and confidence-building.
I explain difficult chemistry concepts through smaller explanations that help students remain comfortable and motivated throughout lessons. Learners also practice connecting formulas, reactions, and molecular behavior naturally so they can solve chemistry problems independently with stronger confidence. Practice activities are adjusted according to individual pace and academic goals. I include conceptual discussions, guided exercises, and practical scientific activities regularly to improve understanding steadily. My teaching style combines patience, structure, and supportive encouragement throughout every session. I want students to feel confident while learning chemistry concepts clearly and independently.
