About Amber
I am a dedicated chess tutor who believes that the game builds more than just board skills—it strengthens problem-solving, patience, and foresight. Having studied and played for years, I understand both the competitive and recreational sides of chess. My teaching style focuses on clarity and encouragement. I explain strategies in simple ways while challenging students to think critically. For me, teaching chess is as much about nurturing confidence as it is about winning games. Every student brings their own personality to the board, and I love helping them find a style that suits them best. Seeing learners sharpen their focus and surprise themselves with smart moves is the most rewarding part of my role.
