About Cheryl
I have a degree in Psychology and Education. I have taught children for years, and adults for about 10. I have taught childbirth classes professionally in a hospital for 7 years. I am a Lamaze certified childbirth educator, and a DONA trained birth doula. I have helped prepare well over 2,000 couples for parenthood, and attended dozens of births in multiple settings. I have been a parent for over 24 years, and am currently still raising some of my 5 children. I am also a prenatal yoga instructor.

I seek to inform, educate, prepare, and inspire my students for this huge journey of childbirth and parenthood. I teach energetically and with care and kindness.
