Roddick Youth Tennis Program, 2006- current
Tennis director organizing after school tennis programs for children in underserved areas in San Antonio, Texas. Close to 10,000 elementary children were introduced to tennis. Around 30 tennis scholarships have been produced and the number is growing.

My teaching approach is that everyone can be educated (i.e collegiate graduate) if the understand every word they read and the understand every diagram in a text book. It is not an easy task and time consuming but the student has to put in the work over at least 6 years to accomplish this. It has to be fun but business also has to get done.
