In general, my way is to work with the person 100%, we are all human and we need time to understand, apply and surprise, I really like the questions and answers, it allows you to work your mind a lot with how little or a lot you know, in group I like that you and your colleagues can see each other, speak, share and give constructive criticism so that our colleagues improve and so vice versa.
