About Chris
I'm a freelance musician currently based in Gaston County, NC. While I first developed my skills playing in middle and high school band programs, I gravitated toward jazz and eventually attended the University of North Texas, where I had the honor to perform a diverse assortment of music including jazz, Latin, pop, rock, and R&B. I think that being familiar with a wide array of styles is important, and I hope to use my many influences to help others in their musical journey.

My lessons are all based around my student's musical goals, and the best way to get them there. We can talk about a wide range of things that fit your musical vision, such technique, improvisation, theory, production, and composition. All skill levels are welcome, whether you just picked up a guitar yesterday, or you've been playing for years and just want to fill in some gaps.
