About Precious
Hello! I'm Precious, and I'm so glad you're here.
Who I Am:
I'm a certified CBT life coach with lived experience navigating ADHD and autism. I'm also a project manager, a researcher, a speaker, and most importantly, a believer who's passionate about helping Christian women discover freedom in Christ.
My Background:
- Education: Accredited certifications in CBT Life Coaching and Life Coaching
- Experience: Speaker at EdX Conference on "Strategies for Supporting Students with ADHD"
- Research: Author of research papers on ADHD in women in the workplace
- Lived Experience: Personal journey with ADHD, autism, and mindset transformation
My Approach:
I combine biblical truth with evidence-based CBT coaching to help women:
- Identify and break limiting beliefs
- Heal from childhood wounds and false accusations
- Root their identity in Christ, not their diagnosis
- Build sustainable structure without pressure or survival mode
- Discover and walk in their God-given purpose
What Makes Me Different:
I don't just teach this work — I've lived it. I know what it's like to believe you're "too broken" to have your dream career. I know what it's like to make ADHD your whole personality. I know what it's like to live in survival mode.
And I know what it's like to break FREE.
My Philosophy:
Your ADHD diagnosis is information, not identity. Healing comes from Jehovah Rapha (God, our Healer), not just productivity hacks. And your purpose is waiting for you on the other side of those limiting beliefs.

It's about healing from the accusations and negative labels that have been spoken over you for years. It's about rooting your identity in Christ FIRST, not in your diagnosis. "Seek first the kingdom of Heaven and all of its righteousness and all these things will be added unto you."
