About Laurence
Of a calm and patient nature, I like to transmit my passion in a caring environment and with good humor.
Biography:
Since childhood, I have loved being on a trapeze and climbing rocks. Indeed, what could be better than being up high to observe the world around? So, it was natural that after obtaining my master degree in biomedical engineering, I moved to the Swiss mountains to follow a pre-professional circus formation at LeZartiCirque. Then, I specialized in static trapeze at Instituto Nacional de Artes do Circo (INAC), in Portugal. During my training, I also practiced other disciplines such as juggling and chinese pole.
In the past years, I have performed at several festivals including CIRCA festival in France, HOPLA! and EN L’AIR Festival CIRQUE in Belgium and the Festival International des Artistes de rue de Vevey in Switzerland. I have also been directed by Claudia Nova in Portugal.

I offer to guide you in your learning process and share my passion in a motivating and supportive environment. I adapt the course to your preferences, goals, and pace.
This class is for beginners and intermediate levels.
Juggling:
This discipline helps develop your coordination and concentration. I mainly teach balls, but also the basics of diabolo, devil sticks, and clubs. I cover the discovery of fundamental movements, from basic tricks to more complex sequences.
Trapeze:
This discipline allows you to work on your strength and flexibility in a fun way.
- Physical preparation adapted to gently strengthen your body and avoid injury.
- Static and dynamic figures.
- Research tools on the apparatus to guide you in independent exploration and unleash your creativity.
