I studied classics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, writing my honors thesis on how Ancient Greek evolved by the height of the Roman Empire. I specifically focused on vernacular Greek, but I also have extensive experience in studying Attic.

I have tutored dozens of people in Ancient Greek and Latin,. We start off slow by focusing on phonetics, and then we gradually move up to increasingly complex grammar and vocabulary. Once we take a step back, students realize how languages that feel dazzlingly complex just need a little explanation.
