About Kostas
My name is Kostas and I am a fully qualified Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI) based in the South East. I am also a full member of the Mountain Training Association and of the Reading Mountaineering Club. I have climbed in many places in the UK and Europe and I have a personal preference for Spanish and Greek limestone sport climbing! I discovered and fell in love with climbing many years ago and ever since I am always excited to share this wonderful sport with others. I offer a wide range of services, ranging from indoor taster sessions to outdoor trips and 1:1 coaching with the aim of helping people improve their skills and get the most out of their climbing experience. I love climbing and climbing movement. I have a passion for providing people with the skills they need to become better climbers. My lessons are typically done in a local climbing centre (Parthian or The Climbing Hangar in Reading) or outdoors in one of the nearest crags in the Wye Valley or Avon Gorge. The typical indoor session will be between 1-2h and outdoors around 3-5h. Lessons are available for all ages and skill levels. I have also a qualification as a gym instructor and can help you along in your fitness and strength training journey!
