About Gracie
Hi! I’m Gracie, and I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from Auburn University, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in psychology, human development, social sciences, communication, and interpersonal relationships. I am especially passionate about helping students understand concepts related to psychology, social skills, nonverbal communication, and human behavior. I became interested in tutoring because I genuinely enjoy helping others understand material that may not come naturally to them. As someone who has always valued education, I understand that every student learns differently. My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, working through difficult concepts, and building confidence in their abilities. With my background in clinical mental health counseling, I bring both academic knowledge and an understanding of how different learning styles, communication patterns, and individual strengths can influence the learning process. I strive to make lessons engaging, clear, and tailored to each student’s needs.
