About Pei Pei
I graduated from the University of South Australia with a nursing degree and have been a registered nurse since 2010. My journey started with RDNS in Adelaide (now Silverchain), where I spent nine years delivering community care. After moving to the Gold Coast, I rejoined the aged care workforce through McKenzie legacy, which later became part of Bolton Clarke. Over the years, I’ve worked in frontline care, leadership, and as a clinical educator, and now specialize in compliance and learning systems. I am deeply passionate about learning and development because I believe it is the key to driving cultural change and improving outcomes in healthcare. My goal is to empower others through practical, engaging education that makes a real difference.
