About Ben
With over 15 years of experience in boxing, two French champion titles and a bronze medal at the world championships, I understood that boxing goes far beyond the ring. It builds the mind, strengthens self-confidence and pushes you to give the best of yourself.
Today, my goal is to share my expertise and guide my students, whether they are beginners or advanced. Each session is an opportunity to progress, learn and surpass yourself. My method is based on a technical, progressive and motivating approach, adapted to each student.

Hi! I am Ben, a former high-level boxer with over 8 years of coaching experience. I have had the chance to coach over 1,000 students in English boxing, bodybuilding and muscle strengthening.
My method:
I create tailor-made programs for everyone, whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or simply get back in shape. My approach is flexible and personalized, so you progress at your own pace and achieve your goals.
When and where:
I am available for online or face-to-face sessions in Paris, whichever suits you best. Together, let's take the path to your sporting success!
