About Sedi
I am mature in age but very young and up-beat in heart! I am an accredited facilitator and assessor. I hold a certificate as a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and coach. I also have a business management NQF7 equivalent qualification.
I have worked in corporate banks for more than 23 years, and spent a lot of time growing people to become leaders and managers. I have developed learning material and facilitated a lot of training while I worked as a manager, and the people I taught were all adults over 19 years of age.
I am very diverse and recognize that as a people we continue to advance in diversity. I keep myself relevant and on the lookout for more and sometimes "new" cultures that I need to adapt to and embrace.
