About GianPaolo
I have been a coach for almost 10 years in different sports and disciplines, I also dedicate myself to physical rehabilitation and the motivation for which I decided to dedicate myself to these professions is because I like to help people to change their life since they not only improve in the physical aspect since by improving your physique consequently improves your self-esteem, your mentality, your state of mind and everything that leads to an improvement in life.
