About Adren
Adren Semaj Brashers-Nichols, widely known as Coach AD, is a passionate fitness professional and dedicated student of kinesiology who brings both academic knowledge and real-world coaching experience into his tutoring. With a NASM Personal Training Certification and actively working toward his ISSA Master Trainer Certification, Coach AD blends science-based principles with practical application to help others excel in health, fitness, and related studies.

Currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at El Camino College, Coach AD has hands-on experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels through his roles as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Head Coach at multiple well-established fitness centers. His professional background includes program development, exercise science application, anatomy and physiology fundamentals, and client-centered communication.
