About TAKENORI
When I played basketball with a player who is currently playing in the Japanese professional basketball league, I found it strange that he was able to play well even though he didn't do anything special. That's when I decided to investigate and became a coach. Since that day, I have continued to think about why I do this movement and how I can do it, sometimes practicing it, sometimes watching videos, and sometimes listening directly to players and excellent coaches. I hope to give the knowledge I have learned to others who want to grow and enjoy basketball.

10 minutes of warm-up/physical preparation → 30 minutes of instruction on the movements you want to acquire that day → 10 minutes of practical practice imagining a match → 10 minutes of downtime and feedback I will focus on how to use my body and the position of my body within a few centimeters, including the situation of the match. I will give you detailed guidance. Also, I always take practice videos and visualize your movements while teaching you.
