About Tilly
During my years of studying at Rollins College, I have completed 4 case studies focusing on students' reading difficulties and improving comprehension. I have also completed an education internship specializing in zoology where I created and taught lesson plans for a classroom of 40+ kids.

I am a Senior in college working towards my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, and am most confident working with students in grades 1-3. With each lesson I have created or taught, I like to prioritize guided practices in which I work on activities with the student until they are confident enough to work on assignments individually. I have taken specific college courses for each school subject to understand the most effective teaching strategies in each area. Additionally, I understand that every child has a unique learning style and differentiated levels of ability so I am always prepared to provide any appropriate accommodations or modifications for each student's success.
