About Patrick
I have been on the taichi journey for over two decades, and I own a studio locally in Vancouver Canada teaching tai chi.
Apart from formal taichi practice, I have been working as a senior professional the financial IT industry until 2019, and I am now a professional coach under the ICF framework. I have combined the best of the corporate and personal development worlds to create a taichi program that's going to benefit you in everything you do!

I teach taichi more than what meets the eyes. Apart from how a form looks like, I focus on teaching the following:
- Understand and embody the proper "source" that powers the move
- the proper body posture and biomechanics that induces the integral power
- The different learning objectives between large frame and middle frame
- Evoke awareness to facilitate physical, emotional and mental alignment
