About Natascha
MY INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Before becoming a communication coach, I spent nearly two decades working internationally in marketing, communications and business, progressing into senior management and leading teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
My approach is therefore grounded in real international business experience, not just communication theory. I've experienced first-hand how communication expectations change as you take on greater responsibility: communicating upwards, influencing decisions, managing stakeholders and adapting to different personalities, priorities and cultures.
MY COACHING EXPERIENCE
For the past six years, I've worked one-to-one with hundreds of professionals from around the world.
One challenge I've seen repeatedly is the communication gap that can appear after a promotion or move into a more senior role. The way you've always communicated may no longer match what's expected of you. I've experienced that transition myself and now help others navigate it.
MY APPROACH
I'm naturally analytical. I tend to step back, look at the bigger picture and identify what's really going on, what matters most and what the situation requires.
I'm also the founder of Confident Verbalist, where I've broken down recurring communication challenges into practical, step-by-step frameworks that make them easier to identify, understand and address in real situations.
Having lived and worked internationally myself, and speaking several languages, I bring a particularly strong understanding of communication in global and multicultural workplaces.

WHO THIS IS FOR
I work with new and emerging managers and professionals moving into positions of greater responsibility, with particular experience supporting international professionals and non-native English speakers working in global and multicultural environments.
SESSION STRUCTURE & FORMAT
- Sessions are practical and built around real situations you're dealing with at work. We can analyse an upcoming conversation, restructure a message, role-play a difficult situation or identify communication patterns that may be holding you back.
- Sessions are online via Google Meet and can be recorded and/or transcribed with your permission.
SUPPORTING MATERIALS
You'll receive relevant frameworks, worksheets, exercises and practical tools to help you apply what we cover between sessions.
