About Carter
I have always loved writing about various topics for different uses whether it has been for my college newspaper, an English lit class, or my graduate school applications. Today, I write for a living. I work in communications and write speeches, social media content, press releases, marketing materials, annual reports, memos, and presentations. I earned a Bachelor's degree in English with a writing concentration from Gettysburg College. I also earned a Master of Public Administration and Policy from the School of Public Affairs at American University.
