About Kelli

I was a competitive gymnast who competed for Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy through level 7. In high school I competed for my varsity gymnastics team all 4 years and was named captain of the team both my junior and senior years.
I have no formal training in coaching gymnastics but I am very passionate about the sport even to this day (I have graduated college with a BA in Psychology and graduate school with an MBA in Project Management).
I do have experience teaching children - I was a piano teacher for 2 years, as well as a swim instructor for both groups and private lessons for 4 years. (If you would like to inquire about lessons in piano or swimming, I would be glad to discuss that as well!)
I am hoping to help out any gymnast who may want some extra help getting a new skill or perfecting their form.

About the lesson

I have a keen eye for correct form, pointed toes and straight legs. I know several drills and ways to condition a gymnast to get a new skill.
I am comfortable coaching levels 1-5 basic skills
Examples of what I would be more than comfortable helping with: forward rolls, handstands, back bends, back walkovers, front walkovers, cartwheels, round-offs, back-handsprings, and back tucks.

Details

Rates do not vary based on skill level, unless gymnast is more skilled than I have stated (level 1-5). In which case, I would charge $20 an hour.
