My name is Kelsey and I am originally from South Africa. I have a
Degree in Composition and Conducting from the Berklee College of Music. I have achieved my Master's Certificate for Composition and Orchestration with Berklee Online, and am passionate about pursuing new approaches and developments.
Learning is an intriguing experience and when my students and I study, we look for methods that elicit interest and ease, captivating the student to pursue and enjoy the experience.
I like to identify with each individual's way of thinking and teach in a way, that is best suited to the students' mindsets. The subjects I teach are:
Violin, Piano, Music Theory, Composing, Orchestration, Conducting, Ear Training, Filmscoring and Songwriting.
