About Aaron
I am a dedicated Piano tutor with 13 years of teaching experience, guiding students from beginner to advanced levels. Over this time, I have successfully taught around 150 students, helping them build confidence, musical understanding, and strong piano technique. I enjoy working with learners of all ages and supporting them through their musical journey. My tutoring approach is personalized and goal-driven.
I take time to understand each student’s learning pace and interests before planning lessons. Beginners focus on posture, hand position, rhythm, and basic music reading. Intermediate students work on scales, coordination, and chord patterns, while advanced learners develop expression, dynamics, and performance skills. I believe consistent and smart practice is essential for improvement.
I guide students on how to practice efficiently and stay motivated. Music theory, sight-reading, and ear training are included to strengthen overall musicianship. One of my unique strengths is my calm and patient teaching style. I explain concepts clearly and create a positive learning environment where students feel confident. My goal is to help students become skilled pianists who enjoy music and continue learning with confidence.

My Piano teaching methodology is built on Adaptation to Learning Styles, Flexibility, Collaboration, and Positivity. I believe piano learning should develop both skill and confidence. I start by understanding each student’s strengths, challenges, and learning preferences.
Lessons focus on building strong piano foundations such as posture, finger technique, coordination, rhythm, and reading music. These skills are introduced gradually using exercises and level-based pieces. As students progress, I introduce scales, chords, and expressive techniques. Flexibility allows lessons to match the student’s pace.
Collaboration encourages students to take an active role in learning. I involve students in choosing music, setting goals, and tracking progress. Clear practice guidance supports consistent improvement.
Positivity is at the heart of my teaching. I create an encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable making mistakes. Along with piano, I teach basic music theory, rhythm training, ear development, and effective practice methods. My aim is to help students become confident, disciplined, and passionate pianists.
