About Naomi
My passion for programming began with a fascination for how lines of code can build interactive, intelligent, and impactful systems. This curiosity led me to earn a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, where I specialized in software development and algorithmic problem-solving. Over the past eleven years, I have dedicated my career to guiding students through the intricate yet rewarding world of technology. Teaching programming has allowed me to inspire confidence in those who once believed they were “not technical,” helping them develop not only skills but self-belief. Every student’s growth strengthens my commitment to this field. I approach teaching as a partnership, not a lecture. I listen attentively, observe how each student learns best, and adapt my methods accordingly. Some students thrive with step-by-step instructions, while others prefer exploratory challenges. I encourage independent thinking, curiosity, and resilience in the face of errors. Debugging is not treated as failure, but as a puzzle that invites patience and precision. Computer programming is the language of the modern world, and my lessons are designed to empower students to speak that language fluently and confidently. I help learners shift from simply following instructions to thinking as developers who analyze, design, and refine solutions step by step. By connecting programming concepts to real-life applications, students quickly realize the power and relevance of what they are learning. This realization builds motivation, clarity, and a genuine sense of purpose in every coding task they complete.
Beginners start with foundational logic, learning how to work with variables, data types, conditions, and loops while building strong algorithmic thinking habits. Intermediate students progress to object-oriented programming, modular code structures, data handling, and debugging strategies.
