About Thejas
With a passion for technology and a strong foundation in computer science and engineering, I aim to empower students of all ages. My 3.5 years in the IT sector and ongoing Master's degree in IT at UTS, Sydney, equip me with the knowledge and skills to break down complex concepts and tailor explanations to individual needs. Through volunteer work and assisting friends, I've gained valuable experience in identifying learning styles and fostering a supportive learning environment.

I believe in a student-centered approach to tutoring, where I prioritize understanding the individual needs and learning styles of each student. This allows me to tailor my teaching methods to ensure maximum engagement and comprehension. My techniques include:
Interactive lessons: I utilize engaging activities, discussions, and hands-on exercises to keep students actively involved in the learning process.
Clear explanations: I break down complex concepts into clear, concise steps, using relatable analogies and examples whenever possible.
Positive reinforcement: I encourage a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
Regular assessments: I incorporate regular quizzes and progress checks to gauge understanding and adjust the pace of the lessons accordingly.
