My methodology is very simple. Initially I will talk to students and ask them do they have some goals in mind or are they totally confused about their future. Based on that I will divide them in two groups. One for those who have a future goals and another one is of those who have no clue about there future and then to those who have no clue about there future I will try to find out there field of interest and then I’ll guide them with solution. And the ones who have the goal but do not know how to pursue I’ll guide them as well. At the same time I will even work on developing their personality and leadership skills.
