About Yash
Hello! I am Yash, an incoming second year undergraduate studying Computer Science at the National University of Singapore. I am passionate about teaching Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science as these are subjects I have learned to excel at. I know what it is like to struggle to understand difficult concepts in these subjects and I can assure you that I have been in the same position you are in. However, I learned all the techniques to self study and independently improve my understanding of the concepts in these subjects and went from failing primary 4 mathematics to scoring 240 for PSLE, 6 nett for O levels and 43 out of 45 for IB to eventually enter NUS computer science.

My 1 hour lesson plan would consist of:
- Setting theoretical foundation by covering the syllabus content from the textbook and notes for the chapter (30 minutes)
- Practising important questions to solidify my student's understanding in how to apply their knowledge to all sorts of questions (30 minutes)
I have tutored 3 students previously teaching O level Math and Physics. I want to branch into teaching Computer Science as I have a solid foundation in the domain as a student at NUS which ranks in the top 10 universities globally for computer science.
