About Charles
I began teaching math and technology in the California GATE (gifted and talented education) program in 2005, returning to Canada in 2012 where I have been teaching since. With the advent of YouTube and the democratization of personalized education, my role as a teacher has shifted to instructor, mentor and facilitator. I pass on numerous and tested resources to my students and I am continually amazed at the creativity and focus that these tools provide to augment their academic pathways.

The great benefit to children learning game design, robotics, Minecraft, or other leading programs is that outcomes are student driven and need to be constantly tested and refined towards a perfected goal.
