About Albert
As a highly dedicated and versatile musician I began my musical journey at the age of 6 and alongside a busy performing career I have been teaching professionally for the past nine years. Have extensive experience teaching students of all levels—from complete beginners to advanced young artists—and am passionate about helping you achieve your musical goals using my expertise to become more confident in playing/performing, achieving a high grade on an exam, audition or improvisation or any goal that you may have.
A holder of the Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music (LRAM) in teaching, I completed both BMus(Hons) and MA Masters studies at the Royal Academy of Music, where I received world-class training. I would describe my teaching style as enthusiastic, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. Lessons with me are known for being vibrant and fast-paced; as one former violin student put it, “time flies in our lessons.” Albert fosters curiosity, confidence, and a deep love for music. I am committed to nurturing positive learning habits and motivating students to develop strong, effective practice routines. Drawing on years of mentorship from world-renowned musicians, conductors, and instrumentalists, I bring a wealth of knowledge and high professional standards to every lesson. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to refine your artistry or want to learn for fun I am here to provide inspiring, high-quality teaching designed to help you achieve your musical goals.

In every lesson, my priority is to inspire a genuine enjoyment of music and, above all, the art of making music. I believe that developing strong technique is not only essential but can also be one of the most enjoyable parts of learning an instrument.
Helping students discover this enjoyment is central to my teaching philosophy, as a solid technical foundation empowers them to play confidently and expressively throughout their musical lives and also continue to do so injury-free.
I work hard to make sure the lessons are highly individualised—designed to meet each student exactly where they are and guide them forward with clarity and enthusiasm. I ensure that every session provides meaningful progress, clear goals, and enough inspiration for students to leave feeling excited to practise and continue growing on their own. Over time, this nurtures independence, curiosity, and the ability to become a truly effective learner.
I welcome students of all ages and levels, including: Secondary school level, Sixth Form level, Bachelor’s level, Postgraduate level and Adult learners studying for enjoyment or as a hobby no matter your starting point, there is always room to grow, improve, and discover new aspects of your musical potential. I encourage anyone with an interest in learning to get in touch—every musical journey is valuable and worth pursuing. I teach in fluent in English and speak multiple other languages too in case needed.
