About Nicole
I’m a supportive, structured coach helping build confidence, focus, and motivation. My sessions are aimed at people who want to manage stress, stay organised, and believe in themselves more let it be at early in their career or feeling being at crossroads in their lives. My mission is to help others build confidence and resilience through change — something I understand personally. I’ve had to start my life over three times in new countries while managing ADHD and anxiety, so I know how overwhelming it can feel to rebuild from scratch. I want to make that journey easier for others by giving them the tools, mindset strategies, and practical guidance to move forward with clarity, focus, and confidence. I believe everyone can achieve meaningful progress when they have the right support and actionable steps tailored to their needs.

My sessions follow a clear, goal-focused structure using the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) alongside practical CBT techniques. We identify what’s holding you back, explore your thought patterns, and create realistic steps to build focus and confidence. Each session ends with simple, actionable goals for the week ahead, so you always know what progress looks like. I keep the atmosphere relaxed, honest, and encouraging — I’m there to help you gain control of your mindset, build productive habits, and believe you can handle whatever comes next. I also incorporate practical tools like trackers, exercises, and reflection prompts, making it easy to continue building confidence and clarity between sessions, so the growth is continuous and measurable. Take control of your life with tailored coaching: 5-session package: We’ll keep it simple, helping you start taking control of your life with clear steps and practical tools. 10-session package: Builds on the same structure but dives deeper into the “why” behind your habits, mindset, and goals, helping you gain a stronger, long-term understanding and confidence.
