I don’t just teach conflict resolution from a textbook—I teach it from the front lines of high-stakes human behavior. My methodology combines the strategic mindset of a private investigator, the psychological tools of a diploma in conflict management, and the calm under pressure of a self-defense instructor.Every class follows a strict "Theory + Action" model.
The first hour focuses on understanding the psychology of friction, mapping communication models, and analyzing human behavior.
The second hour is entirely tactical. We use real-world investigative case studies, behavioral tracking, and low-pressure live role-play to physically and mentally practice exactly how to de-escalate tension in real-time with of course time for Q&A's ️
Typical Lesson Structure & Length: To truly absorb these high-value skills, our training is delivered as a comprehensive 8-week masterclass (16 hours total).
Lesson Length: Exactly 2 hours per weekly session.
Format: 1 Hour of interactive framework theory + 1 Hour of real-world tactical application, situational analysis, and verbal pressure testing.
Timeline: 2 hours per week over 2 months, giving you time to implement the strategies at work or home between our sessions.
