About Raul
I am a multidisciplinary technician and I have been teaching Yoga classes for all kinds of people for 3 years. I have worked for the Mêlia hotel chain for 5 years teaching classes in different destinations and with all kinds of people, both in Spanish and English. I currently work for Inacua sports centers.

After years of self-realization, research and work experience, I feel that the best way to take a class is to try to transmit what fills your soul, trying to sow seeds in the rest. At first, we will talk to define what you are looking for and what you need in your practice. Then, we will work on all those aspects that this ancient discipline has given us, making us more flexible and gaining strength both physically, mentally and spiritually. The practice will always be adjusted to the needs of the person, always being safe and effective. I like to think that my classes do not end when the session ends, but that everything begins there, when it comes to leaving the Matt and facing daily life.

Las clases de Raúl van más allá de hacer unos estiramientos y unas posturas como en otras clases a las que he ido, incluyen la filosofía completa del yoga. Además, adapta la clase a cada alumno, así que cada día vas notando tu propia evolución.
Excelente profesor, paciente, amable, profesional. Pero sobre todo apasionado con el yoga, y eso nos lo trasmite en cada postura. En el yoga encontré la paz y el ejercicio que tanto necesito y todo gracias a Raúl que no sólo nos instruye, si no también nos enseña a enamorarnos del yoga.
Raúl no es un simple profesor... Es una persona excelente que llega al alma, te hace sentir muy cómoda en sus clases y se disfrutan al máximo.
