Lessons are 30 or 45 minutes, with the first one being FREE! Lessons include repertoire, scales, technique, theory, improvising, and even composition. The rates are less than the stated hourly rate, but the results are packed due to how quickly we will be moving through material.
There are weekly assignments based on what you’d like to be learning. We work with a wide variety of material, including the Faber Piano Adventures book, a wonderful sight-reading series, but we find pieces in any style you like, with the goal of getting you to play the music you love to play, and to play it at a great level!
Glen is with you every step of the way, here to answer every question, and to provide you with the knowledge you need to become the musician you’re looking to be!

Glen was a kind, thoughtful, and very patient teacher with my daughter. She's never quite taken to piano and it's always felt like a chore, but we decided to give it one more shot with virtual lessons.
I wasn't expecting very much but I was surprised to find out that the online lessons were very compelling, and there's no longer a headache of getting my daughter to and from her lessons across town. It's not only the convenience but the program too, she really seems to have clicked with Glen, and looks forward to her lessons.Glen is an experienced, thoughtful, caring and creative teacher. His approach is geared towards an individual student, whether young, old or in between. His online teaching is excellent.
