About Elizabeta
Hi, I’m Elizabeta, a contemporary dance graduate from Concordia University. I trained in Paris, choreographed original works for myself and student showcases, and have performed at La Place des Arts. I have several years of teaching experience and love helping students of all ages discover their creative potential, build confidence, and enjoy expressing themselves through movement. My classes are fun, motivating, and designed to inspire curiosity, self-expression, and a love for dance.

My lessons focus on contemporary dance, movement exploration, and self-expression. Each class combines technique, creativity, and fun while encouraging confidence and body awareness. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, my workshops are designed to help you learn, grow, and enjoy the process. Students can expect motivating, engaging, and inspiring sessions where they explore their potential and have fun moving their bodies.
I adapt to every student and am known to bring out the best in everyone.
