About Ciara
I am a contemporary dancer and teacher who has trained and travelled extensively. I've worked with children and adults of different ages and cultures for just over 10 years. The lessons and workshop facilitation involved teaching, choreography, improvisation, contact improvisations techniques, music training, and rhythm work.

My teaching methodology is centered around a release technique where movement is initiated from the core and is also the powerhouse for the release of the movement to be controlled. Discipline is key in attaining the skill of the release technique and also building the strength and confidence to come back to your base after releasing.
