About Britt
Britt has been coaching children and adults for 14 years, specialising in the anatomy and biomechanics behind safe and effective flexibility, contortion, acrobatic and conditioning training & technique. Britt is also experienced in various styles of dance & aerial arts. Along with years of experience as a professional performer, Britt holds a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science, Certificate IV in Dance Teaching & Management and Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science, allowing her to bring a unique skill set to her teaching that emphasises the importance of the fusion of physical and mental strength in the training, execution, and performance of skills, while ensuring training is accessible and enjoyable for students of all levels.

Online private coaching is for adults and teens over 14 years, of any level, who wish to receive professional coaching in flexibility, contortion, handstands or other acrobatic movements. Students may wish to take class purely for their own enjoyment, or to work towards performance or auditions. All classes are held live via Zoom as real-time feedback during and following the execution of skills is highly important for safe and sustainable progress. Britt currently teaches students from across the globe, including the UK, USA, Europe, China, New Zealand and the Caribbean.
