About Thomas
With over 5 years teaching experience, with students aged from 5-75, I bring a wealth of teaching knowledge and excellence. Understanding that most music students balance school, work and/or family obligations, I structure our learning around you. My teaching style is friendly, compassionate and holds you and your goals central at all times. My promise is stress-free lessons, easy communication and flexibility to suit you. Being also able to teach music performance, theory, aural and voice training, piano and composition makes me the ideal teacher for a well-rounded music education to suit any of your known and unknown goals!

Perfect! Thomas was really welcoming and easy to learn from. His approach to tutoring is flexible and person-centred, allowing for the student’s goals and interests to guide long term lesson objectives. These are excellent qualities in a teacher, especially for an adult student like myself with no experience in playing the cello.
