About Chandra
I am a biochemist from the University of Exeter by training. Business in the STEM sector always intrigued me, and therefore, I joined Pwc, performing financial due diligence and risk management for STEM clients. I wanted to expand my knowledge specifically in the business of bioscience and interact with the rapidly expanding MedTech ecosystem in the UK. This led to me completing my MSc in Pharmaceutical formulation and entrepreneurship from UCL with a distinction. Now, I’m a COO and Co-founder of my MedTech startup and Head of Operations of another MedTech company.

I personally found iterative and interactive teaching the best method when it comes to pitching. I structure my lesson plans through slides but the art of pitching is perfected through practice. Furthermore, there are elements of fundraising and operations which require pre-made templates which I will provide and guide students through basic DCF and NPV models
