About Cory

I am a Cornell University graduate with a degree in Performing & Media Arts, as well as minors in English and East Asian Studies. At Cornell, I took courses on Creative Writing, Narrative Writing, Screenwriting and Playwriting under the tutelage of nationally renowned professors. My courseload also included the works of major historical figures from the golden age of literature, including Shakespeare, Early and Middle English authors and the many British authors emerging to redefine the literary world after WWII. I am a fan of mystery and science fiction in particular, but really I have read all kinds of books from the most influential writers! I guarantee a better understanding of intricacies in grammar, symbolism, plot points and beyond for all of your English needs!

About the lesson

I take the time to read over any and all material relevant to what you need help with. No matter the complexity of what you're reading or need to write, I will dive right in! I give unlimited feedback on what you have written, what you read and can assist you in elaborating upon thoughts that you may have in mind regarding content. Whether you seek to better understand another author or you're creating and refining your own work, I am the best choice to elevate your understanding of a story!
