Out of the three months that I’ve worked with Micayla, I’ve learned that she’s a very hardworking teacher and cares for each student individually. She knows how to keep a professional manner with the children when it’s a difficult day and knows how to comfort them and make them feel better. She strives for excellence and I know that when she teaches she will do everything she can to make sure her student is successful and reaches their goals. Micayla is the first person I go to when I have a problem, and she is always able to come up with creative and helpful ideas and solutions. She is a very driven, innovative, and respectful young lady and she is kind and very compassionate. She is a people person and she is very intuitive. I couldn’t think of anyone better to recommend.
